Irving-based Coury Holdings has launched Concert Hospitality, a new hospitality management company that is dedicated to delivering personalized guest experiences and operational excellence across full and select-service hotels from companies including Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, and more.
“For nearly 40 years hotel owners and developers have trusted Coury Hospitality to manage their lifestyle properties and deliver unmatched moments for guests,” founder and CEO Paul Coury said in a statement. “The launch of Concert Hospitality will allow us to expertly manage a more diverse range of investments for our existing owners and potential partners with streamlined and consistent solutions for both core branded and lifestyle hotels.”
With the goal of maximizing value for owners and providing efficient labor and operating models, Coury Holdings said it creates a culture in which staff prioritizes the guest experience above all. By implementing innovative strategies and fostering a dedicated team, they ensure operational excellence and sustained profitability, making the properties stand out in the competitive hospitality landscape.
The company said that Concert Hospitality will operate independently alongside the leading lifestyle management company, Coury Hospitality, and strengthen Coury Holdings’ mission to redefine the hospitality industry while driving impact and revenue for hotel owners.
It said that Concert Hospitality’s portfolio will start with four hotels across the DFW area, Los Angeles, and Columbus, Ohio.
‘Transforming each property into a vibrant destination,’ with team led by industry veteran
Concert Hospitality will operate as an independent entity, the company said, with its own dedicated resource team led by industry veteran Chris Charbonnet as regional vice president of operations.
The company said Charbonnet brings more than two decades of experience managing branded hotel portfolios including Schulte Hospitality Group, Aimbridge Hospitality, MCR Hotels, and Prism Hotels & Resorts, and has consistently driven profitability, enhanced guest service scores, and successfully transitioned more than 150 properties.
Charbonnet will oversee strategic operations, collaborate with property teams to optimize performance, and uphold Concert Hospitality’s commitment to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences across its diverse portfolio.
“Coury Hospitality has been an exceptional partner, managing our lifestyle hotels and transforming each property into a vibrant destination in every community,” Mehul Patel, CEO of NewcrestImage, Coury Holdings strategic partner, said in a statement. “We’re thrilled for the launch of Concert Hospitality, which will allow us to collaborate even further on our growing portfolio of branded and independent hotels.”
The company said that as Concert Hospitality and Coury Hospitality develop, hotel owners and partners can expect exceptional guest experiences through “personalized service, innovative practices, and a commitment to excellence.”
