His Son Was Treated at Children’s Medical Center Dallas. Today His Company Gave It 10,000 Toys

Dallas-based Integrity Marketing Group—an insurtech company with 6,000 employees serving 11 million customers nationwide—boasts a lot of big numbers. And today it added another one: 10,000. That’s how many stuffed animals and toys Integrity donated today to Children’s Medical Center Dallas.

“This toy drive is very personal for me,” Bryan W. Adams, Integrity’s co-founder and CEO, said in a statement. “After watching my son receive treatment at Children’s Health in the Dallas, we experienced first-hand what children go through during a hospital stay. I also saw the power a simple toy had on improving the experience for him—it brought him an unexpected moment of joy.”

“My son came up with the idea of collecting toys for other patients and I realized this was a perfect opportunity to put into action our Integrity core value of service,” Adams added. “After the success of last year’s toy drive [which resulted in 3,000-plus gifted toys], our team decided to take our efforts nationwide. We hope these donations bring smiles to kids and their families and give them a bright spot of hope to help them through their challenges.”

This is just the latest big gift from Integrity. In December 2021, the company gave its employees a total of $125 million in cash—plus equity in the insurance firm for all.
