Global independent marketing solutions and tech company PMG has opened its new headquarters within The Link at Uptown in Dallas.
The company said its roughly 300 Dallas-based employees are moving into the property from its previous Dallas location in The Centrum. PMG now occupies three upper floors and 75,000 square feet at The Link, a sleek tower developed by Kaizen Development Partners and managed by JLL.
PMG was founded in Fort Worth. The company said its office in that city will remain a vital piece of its operations.
“We’re very excited for this move,” PMG Founder and CEO George Popstefanov said in a statement. “The new headquarters is a milestone moment in our 14-year history, and symbolic of our growth and incredible momentum as we kick off 2024.”
“PMG has been built on a pioneering and innovative spirit, so we embrace being part of the Victory Park area revitalization and connecting with the broader community, as Dallas transforms into a dynamic and thriving business hub that’s attracting top employers and talent from across industries,” Popstefanov added.
The Link opened in 2023
The Link at Uptown opened in 2023. Its developers call it the center point linking Uptown, downtown, and the revitalized Victory Park neighborhood, a massive urban transformation project to create a thriving residential, hotel, and retail community within a 75-acre mixed-use development.
Local architecture firm Corgan led the design of PMG’s space, with construction by K2.
PMG will occupy floors 18-20 with a three-story, open-air staircase connecting the floors to facilitate interactions. PMG said that as an anchor tenant, it has top-of-building signage.
Last fall, PMG acquired both Dallas-based Camelot Strategic Marketing & Media and U.K.-based RocketMill, expanding its integrated marketing and technology capabilities internationally and adding 400 people.
PMG said it enters its next phase of business growth with more than 900 people globally.
Designed to ‘support new ways of working’
The firm said the interior of the Dallas headquarters is a lively, creative atmosphere where colorful design features draw users from space to space to activate energy hubs. Drawing from the organic shape of the building and the PMG brand itself, the firm said that soft corners and angles define the architectural language, while splashes of color complement the brand and create variety for a creative, reimagined workplace.
“Our new space is all about creating a connected, energy-fueled experience — for our employees, our customers, and our partners. We’ve designed everything to represent our investment in shared experience and collaboration, and our vision for innovation and growth. It’s a state-of-the-art employee and customer hospitality experience,” Popstefanov said.
PMG said its HQ’s amenities include:
- “Momentum Café” coffee bar
- Multimedia creative production studio
- Innovation Lab
- Interactive art installations that can be curated to showcase visiting customers
- Communal dining & lounge with projection screens and stadium seating that can transform into meeting spaces for guest speakers and events
- Sustainability elements, such as advanced filtration systems for cleaner air
- Hospitality lounge and reservable executive suites in building for overnight guests
- Access to fitness room and outdoor terrace with panoramic city views
“We leveraged planning strategies that are adapted to support new ways of working. The open office was organized into ‘neighborhoods’ that are flanked by huddle and collaboration spaces equipped with modern technology,” Garry Walling, design director at Corgan, said in a statement. “The headquarters is enriched by industrial features serving as a subtle nod to PMG’s early start-up days and complemented with timeless, rich wood tones, mixed metal accents, and hand-crafted tiles for the variety and playfulness that today’s PMG workforce epitomizes.”
PMG said its headquarters at The Link is designed to accommodate further growth in 2024 with seating capacity for 400 people.
