Socially-conscious accessories brand Akola shipped out the first pieces of its high-end line for Neiman Marcus last month in Dallas. Akola is the first full-impact luxury brand to be sold at the retailer. The exclusive Neiman Marcus collection is hand-crafted by over 100 women living in poverty in Dallas.
This month, Akola launches at Neiman Marcus stores nationwide.
A celebration was held at the flagship Neiman-Marcus store in downtown Dallas Sept. 22. Dallas Innovates was on the scene of the exclusive invitation-only party, where many of North Texas’ most influential women were in attendance.
Enjoy.
