Mansfield-based SXNY Holdings has acquired Dallas-based Saxony Partners, which was founded in 2011 by Jeff Wilson as a real estate technology company, expanding to include a Yardi practice in 2017.
In recent years, Saxony said it has dedicated its efforts exclusively to Yardi consulting and managed services, delivering “exceptional support” to commercial and residential property management clients worldwide. The acquisition began in the fourth quarter last year and was completed on March 15.
“This acquisition presents a great opportunity for the company and our team. I’m really excited about the growth potential this unlocks,” Saxony CEO Derek Thornhill said in a statement.
Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Saxony said the acquisition aligns with SXNY’s strategy to solely focus on the Yardi consulting and managed services business to promote future growth.
Via the acquisition, Saxony said it’s committed to driving expansion, elevating customer satisfaction, and upholding the company’s outstanding reputation. It said that with innovative technologies, cultivation of talent, and establishing strong partnerships, the goal is to position Saxony Partners as an industry leader.
“Saxony’s core mission stays the same,” Thornhill said. “We’re in a service industry where client relationships and results matter. We are committed to investing in expanding our capabilities and growing both sides of our business.”
Saxony Partners is a Yardi consulting firm combining real estate industry knowledge and technology expertise.
