Global accounting and consulting giant Deloitte plans to move its Dallas office a short hop north from downtown to a new building in Uptown—and it just signed a big lease to make it happen.
Deloitte has signed a four full-floor lease for office space at 23Springs, a new building in Uptown Dallas, Granite Properties and Highwoods Properties announced.
Located at 2323 Cedar Springs Road, 23Springs is across the street from Hotel Crescent Court and Stanley Korshak. It’s also near the Dallas North Tollway, restaurants and shops, and the Katy Trail. The Class-AA, 26-floor, 626,215-square-foot development is planned for completion in March 2025.
23Springs is designed by Dallas-based GFF. General contractor DPR Construction began construction on the building in June 2022.
Deloitte’s Dallas office to relocate from Dallas Arts Tower downtown
Deloitte’s Dallas office is currently located at the recently renamed Dallas Arts Tower—formerly known as Chase Tower—in downtown Dallas. But the professional services team won’t be leaving downtown anytime soon. It’s not slated to move into 23Springs until 2026.
Granite is a commercial real estate investment, development, and management company, and Highwoods Properties is a publicly-traded real estate investment trust. They noted that in April 2022, Bank OZK signed a long-term lease at 23Springs for four floors and 110,029 square feet.
Deloitte’s lease signing brings the building to 34% leased, the companies said.
Granite said its in-house leasing team, Robert Jimenez, Burson Holman, and Elizabeth Fortado, are leasing 23Springs.
