Data Center Giant CyrusOne Promotes Exec to EVP, Chief Customer Officer

In this newly created position, Andrea Munoz is responsible for an ecosystem of services aimed at delivering high-touch, optimal customer experiences. Her oversight includes data center operations, physical security, customer success, implementations, service delivery, and crisis management.

Andrea Munoz has been promoted to executive vice president and chief customer officer by Dallas-based CyrusOne, a global data center developer and operator specializing in delivering state-of-the-art digital infrastructure solutions.

In this newly created position at the company, Munoz is responsible for an ecosystem of services aimed at delivering high-touch, optimal customer experiences. Her oversight includes data center operations, physical security, customer success, implementations, service delivery, and crisis management.

Since coming to CyrusOne in 2014, Munoz has successfully led customer-centric initiatives and service delivery teams that have fueled CyrusOne’s growth and enhanced its customer-centric operations and culture. The company said that her accomplishments have earned her several promotions and increased responsibilities.

Before CyrusOne, Munoz spent 17 years in the telecommunications industry serving in multiple operational leadership roles, the company said.
