Phase 3 Marketing and Communications of Atlanta has acquired Dallas-based digital printing company Technology Media Group Inc (TMG).

Phase 3 Marketing and Communications is an integrated marketing services company that also has offices in Dallas, the New York City metropolitan area, Nashville, and Charlotte. No financial details were released.

TMG’s capabilities will strengthen Phase 3’s fabrication, embroidery, and branded merchandise product offerings, the company said. Also, with the acquisition, Phase 3’s vertical services will include commercial architectural outdoor signage.

“TMG has an admirable history behind them, and we’re eager to incorporate their expertise into our operations,” Max Nair, co-Founder and chief investment officer of Phase 3, said in a statement. “As a company who prides itself on providing the most-needed marketing services under one roof, growing our operations to offer architectural signage to our many multi-family, retail and commercial real estate clients will simplify their workflow even more.”

‘Endless opportunities’ for growth

TMG was founded in 1986 and has manufactured high quality products for thousands of clients nationwide from its 100,000-square-foot facility.

The acquisition will bring additional large and small format digital printing, warehousing and distribution capacity to Phase 3’s clients as well as envelope printing and converting, metal fabrication, commercial outdoor signage, embroidery, and apparel screen printing, Phase 3 said.

“I am beyond proud of the success our team at TMG has accomplished over the last 37 years. We have admired Phase 3 Marketing and Communications for years and our team is excited to now be part of their growing business and team of talented printing, fabrication, marketing, and communication professionals,” TMG founder Bruce Byerly said in a statement.
