Dallas-Based Integrality Helps Borrowers and Lenders Navigate PPP Loan Forgiveness

The minority- and woman-owned company wants to help banks unsure of how they will handle the forgiveness workload and provide technical assistance to borrowers.

Dallas-based Integrality founder Cynthia Nevels wants to make applying for loan forgiveness with the Paycheck Protection Program easier through her online platform.

Integrality is the only minority- and woman-owned PPP Loan Forgiveness App processing portal in Texas, Nevels said, and it’s staffed by former SBA senior loan officers who can provide live technical support in English and Spanish.

“My team and I built the infrastructure over the last two months to support banks who loaned PPP funds to thousands of borrowers who have been waiting for SBA and lenders to begin the process of assessing and approving forgiveness,” she told Dallas Innovates via email.

Nevel’s company has been providing small businesses with help accessing capital and advising through a partnership with Dallas College and the Dallas Collaborative for Equitable Development (DCED). The user-friendly portal allows borrowers to securely provide data and documents.

The firm’s goal is to help both borrowers and lenders, Nevels said.

“We want to help banks who are not sure how they will handle the forgiveness workload and provide technical assistance to borrowers who may be confused by the process and changing regulations,” she said.
