Analog Informatics Corporation, a Dallas-based provider of patient engagement, reputation management, and scheduling solutions for healthcare organizations, has launched out of stealth after strategic development since its 2021 founding, the company announced.
AIC said it’s committed to delivering equitable and respectful healthcare access to individuals worldwide, leveraging secure AI and modern communication tools.
“Healthcare is in a financial and customer experience crisis due to its use of antiquated communication technology such as phone, fax and paper, and its failure to embrace healthcare equity and DEI,” Philip Lieberman, CEO of Analog Informatics, said in a statement. “The current state of healthcare technology keeps patients and families in the dark for hours or days, or even longer, if they don’t speak English and/or are unfamiliar with how healthcare works. Our technology is designed to break down barriers, fostering a more inclusive and accessible healthcare system.”
‘Bridging the communication gap’
AIC said its platform “bridges the communication gap” between healthcare providers and patients, offering continuous automated logistical support in more than 150 languages. By streamlining communication and reducing administrative burdens, AIC said it empowers healthcare staff to focus on delivering high-quality care while improving practice profitability and reputation.
The company said its real-time operational insights help private equity groups enhance the profitability and service consistency of for-profit practices, improve NPS scores, and reduce revenue loss due to staff errors.
AIC said that in clinical trials, patients and families reported high satisfaction with its communication tools, while healthcare practices appreciated the reduction in phone calls and paperwork needed.
Inspired to create AIC by mother-in-law’s COVID experience
A serial tech entrepreneur with more than 40 years of experience, Lieberman created the AIC platform based on his experiences in caring for his hospitalized mother-in-law during the COVID-19 pandemic, the company said.
Shocked that he knew “more about his Amazon packages” than the state of his loved one, Lieberman vowed to use the experience and resources he’d gained from the previous multinational companies he created “to bring compassionate yet automated continuous communication to every patient and their families.”
