Dallas’ Access Healthcare Acquires Virginia-Based Envera Health

Dallas-based revenue cycle management and healthcare services provider Access Healthcare has acquired Envera Health, a Richmond, Virginia-based leader in patient engagement services.

Access said the deal is a testament to its focus on providing innovative and superior revenue cycle solutions and broadens its service portfolio to include enhanced patient engagement capabilities.

Financial details of the acquisition were not released.

Access Healthcare said it will strengthen its end-to-end RCM services delivery and enhance its proprietary workflows and process intelligence platform by leveraging Envera’s patient engagement capabilities. The combination should deliver much improved outcomes to customers, the company said. With delivery capabilities across upstream and downstream processes, Access Healthcare aims to unlock insights from operations that prevent claim denials, maximize collections, and enhance the overall patient experience.

Access Healthcare said the acquisition is designed to improve the overall patient experience and achieve market-leading revenue cycle outcomes.

Access Healthcare said its global delivery engine includes more than 27,000 people working from 20 delivery sites across nine cities in the United States, India, and the Philippines.
