A Canadian import has opened its doors in Dallas’ Preston Center, offering a “high-energy dining and social destination featuring over 100 taps, a chef-driven menu, and one of the area’s first rooftop patios.”
CRAFT Restaurant & Beer Market said the new venue is the brand’s first location in the U.S.
Founded in Calgary, Alberta, in 2011, CRAFT focuses on creating community-driven spaces that bring people together over great food and drink, while supporting local producers and charitable initiatives.
“Dallas is an exciting market for us, and opening here represents an important next step for the brand,” Founder PJL’Heureux said in a statement. “We’ve created a space that’s designed to be versatile and welcoming—whether it’s a quick lunch, rooftop brunch, or a large group celebration.”

Designed to be “a true social hub,” the Preston Center location has room for more than 500 guests across its indoor and outdoor spaces, including a rooftop patio that’s meant to “anchor the experience.” The restaurant is said to be purpose-built for everything from everyday dining to corporate events, private parties, and large group bookings.
From sticky ribs to sushi
The menu offers a mix of approachable favorites and globally inspired dishes, including Miso Salmon, Korean Sticky Ribs, Brewmaster Chicken Sandwich, and Crispy Salmon Sushi. At the bar, over 100 taps will be tapped alongside a curated cocktail list, including Strawberry Mezcalrita, Oak-Aged Old Fashioned, Espresso Shaft, and Rosé Lemonade.
The restaurant is partnering with local Dallas breweries, including Peticolas Brewing Company and Celestial Beerworks.
Heaven’s 27 partnership
As part of the brand’s commitment to community engagement, CRAFT is partnering with the Heaven’s 27 Foundation, a non-profit established by families to honor 27 girls and counselors who died in the July 4, 2025, Camp Mystic flood in Texas. CRAFT said $1 from every CRAFT x Dallas Star Allumni Marty Turco’s Kingsville Brewery Light Eh! Lager purchased will be donated to the foundation, supporting its charitable programs and ongoing community impact efforts.
CRAFT Restaurant & Beer Market is open Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to midnight, Friday from 11 a.m. to 1 a.m., Saturday from 10 a.m. to 1 a.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to midnight. Brunch is served on weekends and holiday Mondays.
