The leading owner, operator, and developer of RV and marine storage facilities has recently expanded with 30 locations across Texas and Florida, while making key leadership hires. Aided by the $300M facility led by Truist Securities and Citizens Bank, it plans to expand to an additional 150 locations over the next two years.
"Now we are rolling," the company's founder, former CyrusOne CEO Gary Wojtaszek, told Dallas Innovates.

Eosera continues to grow and is close to moving into a 40,000-square-foot facility.

Frisco-based InspectIR received the FDA emergency use authorization on Friday for its breathalyzer test, which tests for organic compounds associated with COVID-19 in a person's breath. According to a study, the tests are more effective than the rapid antigen tests available for free from the U.S. government.

The Solar Company, a Dallas-based startup founded in 2021, has partnered with Granite Redevelopment Properties LP to install a 15-megawatt, 40,000-panel system across 16 of GRP's "all bills paid" apartment communities in Dallas and Tarrant counties.
The startup's co-founder and CEO, Travis Wildeman, tells us the system will offset between 90% and 100% of Granite Redevelopment's electricity costs—and pay for itself in 5 to 7 years.

Last year, Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport partnered with Dallas-based Turn Compost to collect and haul food waste from terminal concessions. Since March 2021, 60 tons have been composted.

Self-driving trucking company Kodiak Robotics is teaming up with U.S. Xpress to launch autonomous freight service between Dallas and Atlanta using Kodiak's self-driving trucks—with operators in the cab to monitor things.
