Colossal Biosciences spinout Form Bio said it now provides a path for Google Cloud’s Vertex AI-based omics models to be used on a "point-and-click basis." Form Bio said these models "help scientists make more use of increasingly vast amounts of biological data" while speeding up computational aspects of their research.

Launched last fall on the Apple iOS and Google Play app stores, the Routora app has added 37,000 drivers in over 90 countries, saving them 2.1 million driving miles, 50,000 hours, $315,000 in fuel costs, and 940 tons in CO2 emissions, the startup says.
