Roofer.com relocated its HQ from San Francisco to Arlington after acquiring Arlington-based Bearded Brothers Roofing & Restoration in 2022. The startup uses "advanced AI algorithms and drone technology" to conduct roof scans, capturing high-res photographs, which are then analyzed using computer vision. Now the company plans "aggressive growth" with a goal of being "the next Airbnb"—of roofing.

Deloitte Is Moving Its Dallas Office from Downtown to the New 23Springs Building in Uptown

It won't happen until 2026, but the Dallas office of professional services giant Deloitte is set to relocate from Dallas Arts Tower to 23Springs, a new 26-floor development in Uptown Dallas that's slated for completion in March 2025. The new building is more than a third leased with the newly announced signing, Granite Properties and Highwoods Properties said.
