Southwest Airlines Continues Its Support of Sustainable Aviation Fuel Research to Reduce Greenhouse Gas Emissions

The Dallas-headquartered airline company wants to help the U.S. Department of Energy's National Renewable Energy Laboratory get scalable and viable aviation fuel off the runway. The NREL is working to develop low-carbon, low-cost, high-performance aviation fuels created from wet waste, like food.
