Texas Central Signs $16B Design-Build Contract for Its Historic High-Speed Train

The proposed 90-minute rail connecting Dallas and Houston has another big-name organization behind it: Italian industrial group Webuild. Operating in the U.S. with The Lane Construction Corporation, Webuild will execute all the heavy construction for the project, including designing and building all 236 miles of the alignment.
