DMN: New Retail Buildings Coming to Dallas’ Henderson Avenue East of the Knox Street District

According to the Dallas Morning News' Steve Brown, New York-based Acadia Realty Trust—which became the largest owner on Henderson in 2022 when it acquired several retail buildings and vacant land for $85.4 million—plans to break ground this summer on over $3.4 million worth of single-story retail buildings totaling more than 12,000 square feet. Dallas-based GFF Architects designed the new buildings.
