Frisco-based Keurig and The Rolling Stones announced the launch today of their limited-edition "Start Me Up" iced coffee kit. The bespoke kit was produced in partnership with Bravado, Universal Music Group's merchandise and brand management company. Keurig is hoping the kit will "channel the band's electrifying spirit" to help people "turn up their summer."

Dallas-based Trinity Hunt Partners announced a majority investment in Centricity Research, a clinical research services provider specializing in conducting Phase I-IV clinical trials across more than 40 therapeutic areas.

HomeServices of America has increased its ownership stake in Dallas-based title insurance underwriter Title Resources Group.
Minnesota-headquartered HomeServices of America is a Berkshire Hathaway affiliate and one of the nation’s largest residential real estate companies based on closed transactions. No financial details were released.
“We are excited to deepen our relationship with Title Resources Group and other partners at Centerbridge, Anywhere and Opendoor,” HomeServices CEO Gino Blefari said in a statement....

The 1,000-acre Cypress Waters development built around North Lake in far northwest Dallas is already packed with amenities, from a free lunch shuttle to on-site fitness centers to outdoor ping-pong tables. There are also free yoga and boot camp classes plus restaurants and retail at The Sound that jut right out over the lake, and a new 9-hole putting green. In the past three years alone, the 'Pokes pulled down $1.17 billion in operating income, according to Forbes' list of The Most Profitable Teams in Sports. And it wasn't only from the gridiron—the Cowboys bank profits in innovative ways through everything from e-sports and gaming to lucrative sponsorships.
