Fort Worth’s PMG Acquires Dallas-Based Camelot Strategic Marketing & Media

Fort Worth-based PMG has acquired Dallas-based Camelot Strategic Marketing & Media, one of the largest independent agency buyers of video, OTT, and CTV, and leaders across business and marketing transformation for more than 40 years.

Camelot, whose marquee customers include Intuit, Charter Communications, Experian, Michaels, and Whole Foods, will join PMG, an independent, global full-funnel marketing and technology company....

Dallas Electronic Payments Provider Finical Acquired by Tennessee Company

Dallas-based electronic payments provider Finical has been acquired by Nashville-based Celero Commerce, a top 10 U.S. non-bank payment processor.

Celero said that with the addition of Dallas-based Finical, it will process roughly $25 billion in annual card volume. No financial details of the acquisition were released.

“Finical and Celero share a common goal of providing the best technology, services and support to small and mid-sized businesses,” Finical founder Aaron Nasseh said in a statement....
