ATI Inc., a Dallas-based aerospace and defense company, has named Vaishali Bhatia as senior vice president, general counsel, and chief compliance officer effective March 20.
According to the company, she reports to ATI Board Chair and CEO Robert S. Wetherbee and serves on the company’s executive council.
“Vaishali is a solutions-focused, strategic business partner with experience across a diverse range of complex legal and compliance matters,” Wetherbee said in a statement....
Jeff Liaw has been appointed by Dallas-based Copart Inc. as the company’s sole chief executive officer and as a member of its board of directors. Liaw has been serving as co-CEO since March 2022....

Arcosa Inc., a Dallas-based provider of infrastructure-related products and solutions, will acquire Ameron Pole Products LLC from NOV Inc. for $180 million in cash.
