ATI Inc. Names Exec as SVP, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer

ATI Inc., a Dallas-based aerospace and defense company, has named Vaishali Bhatia as senior vice president, general counsel, and chief compliance officer effective March 20.

According to the company, she reports to ATI Board Chair and CEO Robert S. Wetherbee and serves on the company’s executive council.

“Vaishali is a solutions-focused, strategic business partner with experience across a diverse range of complex legal and compliance matters,” Wetherbee said in a statement....

Dallas has a 60% average chance of cloud cover on April 8, according to a New York Times report based on data from April 7 through April 14 over the past 20 years, using measurements collected by the MODIS instrument on NASA’s Aqua satellite. "Average cloudiness" refers to the portion of the sky covered by cloud. So that means 60% of the sky might be covered in clouds that day, on average, with 40% open to blue sky and hopefully the eclipse itself.
