Catapult Health, a Dallas-based startup, announced it raised $10 million in Series B funding and has reached a partnership with the Colorado health system UCHealth.
The system also made a big investment in Catapult Health, according to a report in D Healthcare Daily.
Catapult Health, an in-network provider, offers basic primary care services by sending nurse practitioners to workplaces, according to D Healthcare Daily. They provide screenings for employees and determine who is at risk of developing preventable diseases such type 2 diabetes, the article said.
Catapult previously raised $8.5 million in February 2015.
UCHealth has seven hospitals and more than 100 clinics, and D Healthcare Daily said that Catapult will launch in that network in 2017.
The company plans to use the Series B funding to pay for more nurse practitioners and to accelerate national customer growth.
