Bio North Texas Shifts iC3 Life Sciences Summit to Virtual Event

Networking—always a highlight of the biotech event— is still a cornerstone thanks to a new virtual conference platform, its organizers said.

Bio North Texas will go virtual for the first time with its annual iC3 Life Sciences Summit this November.

The COVID-19 pandemic has put a spotlight on the industry. That makes it more important than ever to share ideas and best practices, as well as foster decisions “informed by good science,” the organizers say.

The iC3 event, which was launched in 2014, is a showcase of North Texas life science products and services. Designed as a forum for leaders to discuss strategic issues and network with each other, the event serves to help grow business through collaborative efforts.

Networking is still a cornerstone of the 2020 event, Bio North Texas says. People can participate virtually in conversations around the state of life sciences in Texas and the growth of biotech through a new conference platform.

Attendees of the summit range from the startup community through large multinationals in industry sectors such as biotech, pharma, healthcare, and academic research institutions. You’ll find innovators, leaders, business development executives, vendor partners, and investors.

The 2020 iC3 Life Sciences Summit will be held Nov. 5-6, 2020.

Stay tuned: Bio North Texas will share more details about registration and the event soon. But if you can’t wait, the Bio North Texas team says its “inbox is always open.
