Scott Harper is the co-founder and CEO of Dialexa, a Dallas-based technology & product development firm. He is the founder and board member of several companies, including Robin, an on-demand yard care application, and Vinli, a connected car platform. Scott currently serves as Chairman of the Board for Vinli and is a founding board member of LISA (Levant International Startup Association). Scott has a Mechanical Engineering Degree with a Biomedical Specialization from Southern Methodist University. He resides in Dallas with his beautiful wife and three children.
