Audiovisual Innovation Leader Diversified Relocates Global HQ to North Texas

With a reported $1 billion-plus in annual revenue, Diversified's client list includes Microsoft, Fox Sports, Lululemon, and around 70 Fortune 100 companies. Its projects vary from creating the Southern Hemisphere's largest LED video wall to designing AV and broadcast systems for the new production facility at Texas A&M's Kyle Field.

Diversified, a global leader in audiovisual and media innovation, has relocated its headquarters from Kenilworth, New Jersey, to the Dallas suburb of Plano. The company said its new HQ is designed to support its growth in key markets and to be a showcase for its cutting-edge technologies.

“This new headquarters is a working example of what we do best—integrating advanced technology into functional spaces,” Diversified CEO Eric Hutto said in a statement. “It’s designed to showcase how modern technology can adapt to the needs of any business, providing an interactive space for our clients to see the practical benefits of the solutions we deliver.”

$1B-plus in revenue and 70 Fortune 100 clients

With a reported $1 billion-plus in annual revenue, Diversified has around 2,600 employees across 40 locations worldwide and a client list of around 70 Fortune 100 companies. Founded in 1993, its clients include Microsoft, Fox Sports, and Lululemon. Its projects vary from creating the Southern Hemisphere’s largest LED video wall in a 53-story Sydney office tower to designing AV and broadcast systems for the new production facility at Texas A&M’s Kyle Field.

In another Texas project, the company did the venue technology system integration for the University of Texas at Austin’s Moody Center, which hosts the Texas Longhorns men’s and women’s basketball teams and touring live music events.

New HQ provides access to DFW Airport—and the region’s top tech talent

Diversified said its new headquarters at 5525 Granite Parkway offers a prime location with easy access to DFW Airport and the wider North Texas area. It said the HQ’s central location not only enhances the company’s ability to attract top talent from the region’s growing tech ecosystem but also ensures easy accessibility for clients and partners, both locally and globally.

The headquarters will support the company’s executive leadership team and provide a functional workspace for both local teams and visiting associates, Diversified said.

High tech HQ

Per Diversified, its new headquarters features a variety of advanced audiovisual systems and cutting-edge collaboration technology, including:

:: Foyer Entrance: A large direct view LED wall greets guests as they enter. Controlled via a touch panel or wireless interface, the wall can display dynamic content curated by Diversified’s creative teams. Uniform audio coverage is provided through ceiling speakers, offering a seamless and inviting experience from the moment visitors step into the space.

:: Main Conference Room: Equipped with dual displays, the executive conference room seats up to 10 and is optimized for collaboration with Microsoft Teams Room solutions and AI-powered cameras. The system offers automatic presenter tracking, dual cameras, and audio capture through ceiling-mounted microphones, ensuring high-quality video and audio conferencing. Motorized blinds and polarizing privacy glass, controllable through the Teams interface, add further flexibility for environmental controls.

:: Open Area: Featuring a 1.2mm direct view curved LED wall, the open area serves as both a collaborative workspace and a production backdrop. Equipped with high-bandwidth connectivity for future technology upgrades, the space also includes ceiling-mounted speakers and multiple audio zones for independent volume control. A ceiling-mounted camera supports presenter tracking for future production functionality, making the area adaptable for various use cases.

“We’re very excited about the opening of Diversified’s new global headquarters at Granite Park in Plano,” Plano Mayor John B.
