The Caruth Institute for Entrepreneurship at the Southern Methodist University Cox School of Business is looking for the fastest-growing privately held companies in the Dallas area.
Its annual Dallas 100 list ranks 100 of the area’s “best entrepreneurial businesses,” based on sales growth over the previous three years.
In 2016, Coppell-based Varidesk topped the list followed by Dallas-based Arcis Golf and Addison-based S2 Capital.
To be eligible, companies must be headquartered in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, had sales of more than $500,000, but less than $75 million in fiscal year 2014, and have a history of sales growth over the previous three-year period.
Applications for the 2017 awards are due by July 31.
