Rajdeep Endow has joined Dallas-based Ansira Partners Inc., one of the largest independent marketing agencies in North America, in the new position of chief delivery and innovation officer.

Endow will be responsible for scaling Ansira’s delivery capabilities, as well as expanding its offerings, the company said. Also, Endow will lead Ansira’s focus on establishing innovative processes and tools and driving innovation on behalf of the company’s clients.

“Rajdeep’s capabilities and understanding of the marketing and technology space, as well as his ability to drive business growth, have yielded proven results, which I have seen firsthand,” Ansira CEO Laurie MacLaren said in a statement. “At Ansira, helping our clients evolve their customer experience is our top priority, and Rajdeep’s leadership and experience will set Ansira up for growth in a scalable way.”

Endow comes to Ansira after 17 years in leadership roles—most recently as managing director at Publicis Sapient, where he led the business for SapientNitro, Razorfish, and Digitas in the Asia-Pacific markets.

Previously, Endow led global delivery of services for Sapient. There, he was responsible for managing its client work across more than 30 offices and over 8,000 people, along with building and integrating diverse capabilities across marketing, design, and technology.

In 2018, Ansira acquired Dallas-based Adobe solutions provider Defakto in a move that allowed the companies to combine services and to strengthen their Adobe capabilities.
