Former Vice President Al Gore will be a keynote speaker at o9 Solutions’ annual digital transformation event, aim10x global 2022. Gore, who is co-founder and chairman of Generation Investment Management, will join 70-plus top presenters, o9 Solutions announced.
The virtual event—o9’s largest to date—features C-suite executives from Google, Walmart, New Balance, Pepsico, Kraft Heinz, Starbucks, Pirelli, Crocs, and many more. Held April 5-7, the event is designed to help attendees leverage the power of data and AI to make better, faster decisions across all industries.
Sustainability revolution
On April 5, Gore will present ‘The Case for Optimism on the Climate Crisis’ and will discuss the Sustainability Revolution that is beginning to reshape the world, said Dallas-based o9 Solutions.
It’s a revolution that coupled with tech advances could “have a deeper global impact than the industrial revolution and will unfold faster than the digital revolution,” the AI software platform provider said in a news release.
Gore “has dedicated his career to raising awareness and inspiring action against climate change. Social impact and sustainability are core values and an important part of o9’s culture, Chakri Gottemukkala, CEO and co-founder of o9 Solutions, in a statement. “We’re eager to help large companies make better decisions for themselves and our planet and are looking forward to welcoming Al Gore to speak on that topic at aim10x global 2022.”
