A New Robotics Showroom Is Coming to Dallas in 2025

A long line of service robots made by China-based Inbot Tech will soon be on display in Dallas, thanks to a new partnership inked by Plano's Sharing Service Global Corporation. The friendly-looking machines handle reception, delivery, security, cleaning, and table service tasks—and never ask for a day off.

Maryland-based HWH International announced that its subsidiary HAPI iRobot Pte. Ltd. has partnered with Plano-based Sharing Service Global Corporation (OTC: SHRG) to host a robotics showroom in Dallas to commercialize a distribution rights agreement that HWH has inked with China’s Guangzhou Inbot Technology Ltd.

Yep, that’s a mouthful, so let’s put it more simply: Lots of robots are headed to Dallas.

Under the agreement, Plano’s Sharing Services will establish a U.S.-based sales force “with various partners in each sector of the robotics space to market, sell, and lease” a wide selection of mainly service-oriented robots throughout the U.S. and Canada.

The showroom will feature “state-of-the-art” service robots offering solutions for reception, delivery, security, cleaning, and table service applications, among other robotics solutions.

Guangzhou, China-based Inbot Tech, a leading service robot research and development company, will provide a comprehensive suite of service robots designed to enhance operational efficiency and customer engagement, HWH said.

Eyeing a $63 billion robots-as-a-service market by 2032

HWH said the RaaS market is projected to expand from around $8 billion in 2023 to over $63 billion by 2032, according to Market Research Future.

The company says its Robots-as-a-Service (RaaS) model offers subscription-based robotics solutions that transform how businesses operate across industries—including hospitality, food and beverage, retail, shopping malls, healthcare, and education.

“This partnership gives us the opportunity to penetrate the U.S. and Canadian market quickly, as SHRG has the infrastructure in place to start immediately marketing the products starting in the first quarter of 2025,” HWH Chairman Heng Fai Chan said in a statement. “With the growing demand for automation and service efficiency, our RaaS model enables businesses to access state-of-the-art robots without the heavy upfront investment.”

Inbot Tech’s PadBot Robots include commercial service robots (P/X series), delivery robots (W series), security patrol robots (S series) and cleaning & disinfection robots (C/D series. The company’s robots are currently sold in the U.S., Europe, Asia, and many other countries and regions worldwide.
