Workplace wellness technology provider Viverae announced that is rebranding under a new name — SimplyWell. The new name, rebranding, and corporate website will be completed later this year, Viverae said in a release. The Dallas-based company said that the rebranding represents its renewed commitment to simplifying workplace wellness as well as providing a clear approach based on addressing, improving, and controlling health factors inside an organization.
Viverae acquired SimplyWell last year, and the renaming is part of a strategic decision to focus on giving employees and clients clarity by simplifying programs and practices. “This rebranding represents our ongoing commitment to simplifying an increasingly disjointed and complex wellness industry,” Mike Lamb, Viverae president and CEO, said in the release. Viverae was founded in 2003 and has more than 600 clients with 1.2 million members across the country. The company said that its clients and their members would continue to access the same core services, but with enhanced new features — iOS and Android mobile apps, gamified social challenges and community support, educational content, a scientifically proven behavior change tool, engaging digital communications, targeting coaching solutions, deeper analytics capabilities, and a self-service, on-demand data option. “We strongly believe that the best way to engage employees is through innovative technology backed by personalized, tried, and tested methods,” Lamb said. “This is an exciting time for all of us, and the new identity is the next step in a brand transformation that will focus on improving the experience for our clients and their employees.” Get on the list.Sign up to keep your eye on what’s new and next in Dallas-Fort Worth, every day. |
