Move Concierge, which offers “white glove” home services and utility set-up for homebuyers, announced its acquisition of Lincoln, Nebraska-based LiveBy, a platform for hyper‑local neighborhood data and community insights.

The acquisition expands Farmers Branch-based Move Concierge’s ability to support real estate professionals and their clients with a fully integrated, insight‑driven resource, from discovering neighborhoods through move‑in, the company said.

LiveBy’s platform provides comprehensive neighborhood boundaries, demographic insights, school information, lifestyle indicators, housing trends, and climate considerations across thousands of U.S. communities. By integrating those capabilities into the Move Concierge ecosystem, real estate partners will be able to offer clients a deeper understanding of the neighborhoods they are exploring—enhancing both the search process and the final transition into a new home, the company said.

The company said it plans to strengthen its existing platform with data‑driven personalization, additional reporting capabilities, and new insights that connect neighborhood discovery with the logistical aspects of moving and home setup.
