Suzanne Palmlund is a third-generation fudge lover. Her grandmother’s specialty was peanut butter fudge. Her mother perfected dark chocolate fudge. Now “over 80,” Palmlund is fashioning a fudge renaissance of her own with Enjoy Fun Fudge. Available at her e-commerce site and at Chocolate Secrets, 3926 Oak Lawn Ave. in Dallas, the brand offers over 14 varieties of handmade, small-batch peanut butter fudge and dark chocolate fudge rendered as elegant truffles, and bonbons dipped in many various varieties of chocolate. “I’ve been a fan of chocolate decadence for as long as I can remember,” Palmlund said in a statement.

Enjoy Fun Fudge is made from simple, preservative-free ingredients, including honey, which is sourced locally. There’s even a pet-safe selection designed for dogs and humans alike, made from peanut butter, oats, local honey, coconut oil, and pumpkin.
At the beginning of her entrepreneurial journey, Palmlund—who’s also the founder of the Swiss Avenue Women’s Guild and a former chair of the Dallas Summer Musicals Curtain Call gala—asked a close friend, Chocolate Secrets-owner Pam Eudaric, to try her small-batch fudge, with some pieces dipped in chocolate.

Today, Enjoy Fun Fudge has its own display case in Eudaric’s Oak Lawn shop, and a tantalizing array is available at the e-commerce site. “It’s a sweet partnership built on quality, community, and, of course, a love for all things chocolate,” Palmlund says.
Orders can be placed online and picked up at the store or delivered within a 20-mile radius.
You can see a video of Palmlund telling her brand and life story on her website.
