Recuro Health Promotes Exec to EVP and COO

The Dallas-based digital health company has elevated Michael Brombach to lead operations and technology as it scales beyond 1.7 million members and eyes $50 million in revenue.

Dallas-based Recuro Health has promoted Michael Brombach to executive vice president and chief operating officer, citing his impact on scaling operations and delivering strong customer and member performance.

The move comes amid a surge in growth for Recuro. In a March 2025 letter to investors, board members, and employees, CEO Phil Fasano reported seven consecutive quarters of revenue growth and a 65% year-over-year increase in 2024, compared to an industry average of 8%.

Fasano said Recuro finished the year with $33 million in revenue, exceeding its target by $1.5 million. With expectations to hit $47+ million in 2025, the company is reinvesting early in the year to build long-term capabilities. Membership now exceeds 1.7 million lives under management, with a trend toward 2 million this year, according to the CEO.

In his expanded role, Brombach, who previously led operations, will continue overseeing that area while advancing the company’s technology platform, including new tools to support a growing national client base.

“We need our operations to perform at the highest level of service for our customers, members, patients, and partners, and Michael has been instrumental in leading his teams to achieve the Company’s growth and high performance,” Phil Fasano, chairman and CEO, said in a statement.

Recuro said Brombach has built a high-performing team that has been central to its ability to scale while maintaining strong service. Over the past 12 months, the company reported an average Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 75–80, well above the healthcare industry average of 39–58. Customer retention also exceeded 90%, according to Fasano’s letter.

“I’m excited to take on this expanded role at such a pivotal moment for Recuro,” Brombach said. “Our integrated platform has proven to deliver value to partners across the country, and I look forward to building additional capabilities for our clients—including AI-powered clinical tools and care team engagement solutions.”

“Recuro Health has made a substantial push to deliver on our promise of making advanced healthcare accessible, Fasano said. “We have also set the standard in our sector for customer service, member satisfaction, and access to outstanding care.”
