North Texas Real Estate Information Systems CEO John Holley will retire effective Jan. 31, the Dallas-based company announced.

Holley’s two-decade tenure with NTREIS has been marked by “visionary leadership and a steadfast commitment to innovation,” guiding the multiple listing service (MLS) organization through a period of remarkable growth and technological transformation, the company said.

“John Holley’s exemplary leadership has shaped NTREIS into the robust, trusted resource it is today,” NTREIS President Linda Callicutt said in a statement. “His commitment to innovation and service has been instrumental in supporting our subscribers and their clients throughout the region. His influence will be felt for years to come, and he leaves a legacy of excellence and vision.”

Since he took the CEO role in 2005, NTREIS has expanded from 19,000 to over 53,000 subscribers, supporting 15 Realtor Associations across 44 counties in North Texas and parts of Louisiana.

Under Holley’s leadership, NTREIS said it adapted to an era of rapid technological advancement, enhancing service offerings, and ensuring subscribers could access superior, cutting-edge tools to succeed in a competitive real estate market.

NTREIS has established a search committee and retained PRESTA Team, a professional search firm recognized for its expertise in the MLS space, to identify Holley’s successor.
