Dallas-based advertising services firm The Yadot Group has agreed to acquire the creative agency JetSet Productions, based in Milan, Italy.
“I couldn’t be more thrilled to announce the acquisition of such a prestigious European agency,” Yadot Group Global CEO Kyle Borgman said in a statement. “This deal significantly strengthens our growth opportunity in Western Europe and is directly in line with a critical piece of our company strategy.”
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
JetSet was founded by Dionysos Wanklemuth more than a decade ago and has delivered production and creative work for many of the world’s most influential brands, including Apple, Bugatti, Vogue, Polaroid, Brioni, Boggi, Fabiana Filippo, Cavalli, Liu-Jo, Elle, and GQ. Jetset’s team will join The Yadot Group, reinforcing its commitment to cultivating “world-class creativity” for Fortune 1000 brands.
Yadot said JetSet has prioritized its production offering for brands over recent years, but plans to lean further into its creative services in the future.
“This acquisition symbolizes the perfect blend of American ambition and Italian creativity,” Wanklemuth said in a statement. “By combining Yadot’s global vision with Jetset’s expertise, we’re set to grow into an even more dynamic entity without boundaries. Together, we’re not just expanding, we’re set to lead, innovate, and redefine the industry standards.”
In June, The Yadot Group announced its acquisition of New York-based production company Outside People.
With that acquisition, Outside People “will work synergistically with Yadot Studios, a majority-owned production company already under the group’s umbrella,” Yadot said in June.
