Executives with Dallas-based Comerica Bank and leaders from the city of Frisco were on hand for the recent opening of Comerica’s new Frisco Business & Innovation Hub.
Comerica said the hub at 17 Cowboys Way at The Star was created to meet the evolving needs of its colleagues and customers. The building features enhanced technology to bolster mobility and prioritize collaboration, while also supporting individual focus and productivity, Comerica said.
Comerica said it took attendees on a tour of the roughly 100,000-square-foot hub, which is located on floors 9 through 11 of the new building, which opened its doors n 2023.

Along with the ribbon-cutting ceremony, Comerica presented a $25,000 check to the Collin County Black Chamber of Commerce as part of its $1 million commitment to United Way of Metropolitan Dallas.
The $25,000 grant to the Collin County Black Chamber funds the Entrepreneurial Preparatory Program, a six-week cohort that equips entrepreneurs with the essential foundation to propel their ventures to the next level, Comerica said.

Tour included bank’s new Comerica CoWorkSpaces location
Attendees got a look at the bank’s newest and largest Comerica CoWorkSpaces location in North Texas, which anchors the entire first floor of the office tower overlooking Dallas North Tollway.
Comerica said its “state-of-the-art,” 4,023-square-foot CoWorkSpaces location is the first in the CoWorkSpaces program to feature brand new, ground-up design and construction, offering free space for coworking, community events and networking to Comerica small business customers.
According to Comerica, the space functions as a part of the North Texas business ecosystem with a focus on Collin and Denton Counties’ entrepreneurs and small businesses, as well as local nonprofit organizations.
