Yet another experiential entertainment concept is heading for Grandscape in The Colony—joining a list of coming attractions that includes Tiger Woods putting courses, a surfing restaurant and bar, a massive immersive reality venue, and more.
New to the list is Fritz’s Adventure at Grandscape, an indoor/outdoor adventure park and family attraction that will feature over 100,000 square feet of “explorable space.” Opening in 2024, it promises lots of “WOW moments” to come at 5651 Nebraska Furniture Mart Drive.
All the photos you see here are of the Fritz’s location in Branson, Missouri—but they’ll give you a good idea of what the one at Grandscape will be like.

Fritz’s Adventure will feature an indoor/outdoor “TreeTops zipline course” that will send guests zipping around the entire building and back inside again. Other adventures will include giant treehouses, extreme slides, underground tunnels, a multi-story ropes course called Via Ferrata, and “much more.”
The adventure concept opened its original location in Branson, Missouri, in 2016. The new Grandscape attraction will be the concept’s second location.
“Fritz’s Adventure was inspired by the love my wife and I have adventuring with our kids,” Matt Engram, Fritz’s owner and CEO, said in a statement. “We offer guests an experience to create memories that will last a lifetime.”
Why ‘Fritz’? Glad you asked

So if the owner’s named Matt, why is the park called Fritz’s?
We’ll let the brand explain: “In the story of The Swiss Family Robinson by Johann Wyss, Fritz was the oldest child and a natural born explorer. He was a leader who possessed courage, never backed down from a challenge, and had a heart for adventure. At Fritz’s Adventure, we believe everyone is either in search of their next adventure or they need to find their inner “Fritz” to face fears and conquer challenges.”
Travis Leaming, the brand’s COO, said Fritz’s is “in the people business and we’re ready to make a big impact in the lives of everyone in North Texas.”

“From people coming in as guests, to those who will become a part of our Fritz’s family, this is an exciting time,” Leaming added in a statement.
Fritz’s Adventure calls itself “the best all-weather attraction” and says that once it launches, it will be “open year-round for family fun.”
