When it comes to developing custom mobile apps, Jeff Francis has seen it all.
The co-founder and president of the mobile app design company ENO8, listed his top seven pitfalls that entrepreneurs should avoid, in a blog posted on the Dallas Entrepreneur Center website.
App development is akin to a video game in that “you can only win the game once you level up,” he wrote.
Highlights from his tips include making a prototype before pitching, focus on cost rather than value, and never stop updating and leveling up the app.
Francis understands that startups have limited funds so his goal is to help these companies make the most of the resources they have.
“You can’t afford to waste money on expensive software development partners if you can get the same quality for less money elsewhere,” he wrote.
