North Texas-based payment fraud experts Chargeback Gurus has joined forces with Microsoft to help merchants to fight fraud better.
Chargeback Gurus (CBG) partnered with Microsoft Dynamics 365 to create an end-to-end anti-fraud solution for merchants. CBG helps clients worldwide protect and recover revenue with data-driven chargeback management tools.
The timely collaboration comes as 77% of merchants report needing more resources to combat fraud effectively, per Pymnts.com.
“Microsoft shares our commitment to fraud prevention and revenue recovery, and we are confident this collaboration will help even more merchants approve more quality transactions while stopping fraudulent ones,” said Tim Tynan, CEO of Chargeback Gurus.
By combining CBG’s chargeback prevention innovations with Microsoft’s real-time fraud detection, the company aims to help merchants catch more fake transactions while maximizing legitimate sales.
“Our relationship with a global leader like Microsoft unlocks advantages for merchants to win the race against fraud,” said CBG COO Rodrigo Figueroa.
With fraud costs growing yearly, most merchants feel ill-equipped to shield revenues from criminal attacks, the company says.
