Dallas-Based Wingstop and Buff City Soap Partner on ‘Ranch-Inspired’ Soap Giveaway

Thursday is National Ranch Day. Here's your chance to clean up with a free bar, including a "faux veggie topper."

Are you one of those people who likes to put ranch dressing on everything? If so, now you can put it on you, at least in a sense. Wingstop and Buff City Soap—both based in Dallas—have partnered to offer bars of “ranch-scented, ranch-inspired soaps,” complete with “faux veggie toppers” as seen above.

The two companies aim to celebrate something called National Ranch Day, otherwise known as tomorrow. The first 100 people in the U.S. who visit BatheinRanch.com beginning at 10 a.m. CT on Thursday, March 10, can claim the limited-edition “Bathe in Ranch” soap.

“Fans can’t get enough of our ranch. In fact, some love it so much they claim they’d take a bath in it. Flavor fans—here is your chance!” Michael Skipworth, Wingstop’s president and CEO, said in a statement. “But, if you’re a Wingstop fan and bathing in ranch isn’t your thing, don’t worry. We’re giving away free ranch in our restaurants on National Ranch Day.”

News of the offer comes just days after Buff City Soap named Dorvin Lively, who owns five of the brand’s stores in the Dallas area, as its new CEO.

The think tank has also reported that 18 million households in rural and urban America are without broadband internet service, which allows streaming of data for smart devices. Considering those factors, the DFW region’s metropolitan planning organization recently informally adopted the policy…

But so is love," Mayor Johnson said.

  • Harvest Returns Helps Idaho-based American Beef Ranch Raise $470K

Harvest Returns, a Fort Worth-based crowdfunding platform, recently helped American Beef Ranch complete a $470,000 raise. According to Harvest Returns, the Idaho-based ranch aims to raise high-quality grass-fed, grass-finished beef and lamb. A fifth-generation rancher, owner, and operator, Jesse Nelson has worked the ranch for over 10 years giving him an advantage in understanding how and where certain improvements are to be implemented, Harvest Returns said. “There is a need to offer premium organic produce, meat, products, and forage in today's market,” Nelson expressed. “Due to certain market criteria, we would need a partner with a unique financing platform to…
