North Texas is getting another coworking space. New York-based WeWork has rented two floors in the new 1920 McKinney office tower in the Uptown area of Dallas.
The Dallas Morning News reports that WeWork won’t confirm the new location, although building permits from Buildzoom.com show the transaction. From the DMN report:
Almost $6 million is being spent to build out the new WeWork office. A formal announcement of the new Dallas operations is expected soon. But WeWork officials would not confirm the new location, even with the city documentation showing the new offices.
