Nick Jonas fans across North Texas may get a pulse-quickening contact high from this news, which connects the former (and many believe “best”) Jonas Brothers star with a company based right in their region.
Richardson-based Fossil, the leading watch and accessories brand, announced that the singer-songwriter will become its global watch ambassador for 2025-2026, with a worldwide campaign slated to launch “in the back half of 2025.”
Fossil said the campaign will harness the cultural power of music—”a platform that resonates deeply with the Fossil audience’s passions and values.”
“I’ve been a longtime admirer of watches, and Fossil was my very first as I was growing up, so this partnership is truly a full circle moment for me,” Jonas said in a statement. “I’m excited to work with the incredible Fossil team and bring my creative input to their process to design something special for watch lovers everywhere.”
Franco Fogliato, CEO of Fossil Group, said that as his company redefines Fossil at the global level, “we’re searching for like-minded talent that not only resonate with but also embody our consumers worldwide.”
“Nick Jonas is a force in music and fashion and has been an authentic brand fan for decades, making the choice clear,” Fogliato added in a statement. “We’re confident our shared values will make this a fruitful partnership that underscores our position as a pioneer in the accessories world.”
Jonas and his brothers Joe and Kevin split up professionally in 2013, Since then, Nick has kept his own brand soaring with solo albums, a 2019 Jonas Brothers reunion that continues to this day, his role as a coach on NBC’s “The Voice,” a role in Roland Emmerich’s 2019 World War II movie “Midway,”a hosting gig on “Saturday Night Live,” and more.
