Omaha, Nebraska-based international design firm LEO A DALY announced that Josh Roehm will lead its Dallas studio as its new managing principal and a vice president of the firm.
“Josh brings an incredible track record of operational growth to LEO A DALY,” President Steve Lichtenberger said in a statement. “His depth of experience and network of relationships will elevate our entire studio to deliver world-class designs across markets.”
Roehm has specialized in operational growth of companies in the Texas architecture/engineering industry, the firm said. Most recently he was the chief operating officer at B&H Engineers in Irving.
The firm said that Roehm is adept at communication and ensuring a stellar client experience throughout the design process. He has successfully led integrated teams across markets including healthcare, education, and more to deliver design work, LEO A DALY said.
Roehm was selected as a member of both Leadership Fort Worth and Leadership North Texas, and he’s involved with both the local AIA chapter as well as community nonprofits.
As part of LEO A DALY leadership, the firm said that Roehm will apply his many skills to the Dallas studio. Already known for its hospitality design, including the Ritz-Carlton Las Colinas and the InterContinental San Antonio Riverwalk, Roehm will leverage the firm’s international expertise in other areas to strengthen the Dallas studio, the firm said.
“I look forward to working with the stellar team at LEO A DALY to usher in a new era of growth for the Dallas studio,” Roehm said. “Together we’ll accomplish great things.”
