The Siegfried Group LLP has opened a Dallas-Fort Worth office, marking a strategic expansion for the Wilmington, Delaware-based firm.
The DFW location joins markets including Houston, Charlotte, Atlanta, and Florida, as Siegfried focuses on growing its footprint in high-growth regions across the U.S.
“DFW is a thriving center of business innovation and growth, making it an ideal location for our firm and the services we provide,” said Peter Mozzone, who joins the DFW leadership team as managing director. “We are excited to help CFOs and executive teams in DFW clarify what matters most—then deliver elite financial talent to make it happen.”
Siegfried describes itself as an entrepreneurial leadership organization that provides financial executives with a combination of leadership advisory, talent delivery, and financial advisory services.
The company said the expansion reflects its ongoing support of companies in North Texas and its focus on building strong relationships with finance leaders in the region.
Mozzone, who’s been with Siegfried for over a decade, brings firmwide client experience to the new market alongside a team the company says understands the specific needs of Dallas-Fort Worth businesses.
“Our team has laid a strong foundation across Texas, and we’re thrilled to expand our presence in the DFW area,” said Matt Baer, regional managing director for Siegfried’s South region.
With more than 60 Fortune 1000 companies in the region, Baer said, “DFW offers a compelling place for us to continue working with high-profile and dynamic growth companies on their most important accounting and finance initiatives.”
