Dallas-based Magnit Global CEO Chandra Dhandapani has been announced as Tech Titans’ 2025 Corporate CEO honoree. She will be recognized Sept. 12 at the Tech Titans Gala.
Magnit Global is an industry pioneer in contingent workforce management, trusted by organizations worldwide to meet their strategic talent, cost efficiency, and business growth goals. The company is based in Folsom, California, with offices around the world.
“Chandra Dhandapani is a strong, respected leader at Magnit Global, in the North Texas tech community, and globally,” Paul Bendel, executive director of Tech Titans, said in a statement. “She’s a catalyst for positive change in both the technology industry and the broader community. As a leader, Chandra consistently champions innovation, inclusivity, and mentorship, helping shape a more equitable and forward-thinking tech ecosystem. In the industry, Chandra drives impactful technology initiatives that not only advance business outcomes but also push the boundaries of what is possible in areas like Gen AI and data.”
Dhandapani was appointed CEO of Magnit Global in 2024. Since then, she has overseen the evolution of two new innovative solutions: Redeployment Marketplace, a solution designed to transform how organizations source contract workers with faster, smarter and seamless matching of pre-vetted talent, and Maggi, a new Gen-AI companion that simplifies contingent workforce management by learning the business, automating tasks, and delivering actionable insights.
Dhandapani ‘s career spans nearly 30 years. Before joining Magnit Global, she was CEO of Global Workplace Solutions at CBRE, one of several positions she held over eight years with that firm.
Previously, Dhandapani held several positions of increasing responsibility at CapitalOne for nearly 18 years including her last position as SVP, chief information officer, and digital transformation leader in the financial services division. Dhandapani currently serves on the board of directors of Northern Trust and has previously served on the boards of Turner & Townsend, Exeter Finance, and OnDeck.
