Bruce Graham's 12-year career at a Plano-based company that provides technology for the public sector led him to find a new, but similar, passion at Plano neighbor Both Ends Believing. The nonprofit helps governments in developing countries move children from institutions to permanent families—all through the use of technology that Tyler helped develop.
