Dallas’ Common Ground Capital Launches $50M Fund and In-House Property Management Division

The firm currently owns and operates 45 properties throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area. With its second fund, Managing Director Ty Lee aims to acquire over 300 more—initially in DFW before expanding its portfolio across Texas and the U.S.

With an initial target raise of $20 million, Ty Lee's Common Dwelling online platform offers everyday Americans a chance to invest in—and profit from—single-family home rentals.
