Walt Bettinger will retire as CEO of Charles Schwab at the end of 2024, marking another milestone in his leadership, which included relocating the company’s headquarters to Westlake from San Francisco. President Rick Wurster will step into the role of CEO on Jan. 1, continuing the firm’s long-term succession plan.

The company, with headquarters in Frisco and Burlington, Massachusetts, said Tim Cofer will join KDP on Nov. 6 and will work alongside current Chairman and CEO Bob Gamgort while in a COO capacity, with a planned transition to CEO in the second quarter of 2024.
After the transition, Gamgort will become executive chairman of Keurig Dr Pepper.

Dallas-based Lincoln Property Company Commercial has announced the appointment of "a new generation of executive leadership" along with a major investment by funds managed by Stone Point Capital as part of Lincoln's international growth and succession plan.
David Binswanger and Clay Duvall will serve as co-CEOs, succeeding Lincoln Property founder and Chairman Mack Pogue and CEO and President Bill Duvall—both of whom will continue to have an ownership stake in Lincoln.
