Dallas’ Spectral AI To Spin Off Spectral IP as Independent Public Company

Spectral AI, which focuses on medical diagnostics for faster and more accurate treatment decisions in wound care, said the spinoff aligns with its strategy to maximize shareholder value by fostering growth in its Spectral IP subsidiary. The spinoff will be renamed SIM IP and will be headquartered in Miami.
