Tenet Healthcare Appoints Former U.S. Senator to Board of Directors

Tenet Healthcare Corp. of Dallas announced that former U.S. Sen. Roy Blunt has been appointed to the Tenet board of directors.

Blunt will serve as a member of the Audit Committee, Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, and Environmental, Social, and Governance Committee. The company said that his appointment expands the board to 12 directors, 11 of whom are independent members....
